Individual sessions

Individual sessions provide a space to explore what's happening in your life with curiosity and structure. Some people come with a specific difficulty they want to work through. Others arrive with a sense that something isn't working — patterns repeating in relationships, persistent anxiety, loss of confidence, or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves. The work focuses on understanding the patterns organising these experiences and gradually changing how they operate, so that new ways of responding to yourself, others, and the world can emerge.

50 Minute Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via Zoom. You'll receive a link to my meeting room which you'll use for all sessions. Please join from a private space, as this helps you get the most out of the session.

First Session

In the first session we explore your background, current concerns, and what you would like to feel different. You don't need to arrive with clarity — we can work together to make sense of what's going on.

Session Frequency

Most people begin with weekly sessions, though the pace is flexible and adjusted depending on your needs. This is something we decide together as the work develops.

$220
per 50-minute session

Payment is made at the time of your appointment.

Medicare

~$95
rebate per session

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral, Medicare currently rebates approximately $95 per session (subject to Medicare guidelines).

The full fee is paid upfront and the rebate can be claimed through Medicare.
