If you are still unsure, the best way to determine fit is to reach out. We can clarify together whether this approach is suitable for you.
The first session is about building a clear understanding of what's happening now and the context that shaped it. We'll explore your current concerns, symptoms, coping strategies, goals, and relevant personal and family history. From there, I begin formulating the patterns that may be organising your experience.

Different therapists bring different frameworks, styles, and ways of working. The approach, the pace, and the relational dynamic all shape how therapy feels and how effective it is for you.
If something didn't feel helpful in the past, that's valuable information. We can talk through what worked, what didn't, and what you would want to feel different this time. The aim is to create a space that feels thoughtful, structured, and aligned.
You don't need a clear explanation before starting. Part of this work involves identifying patterns, clarifying what feels off, and understanding what's driving it. We build that clarity together.
